Payment Methods

To pay for a purchase, you can select from three payment options: PayPal, Electronic Funds Transfer or Pay on Pick Up.

PayPal accepts most major credit cards and you do not need an account with PayPal to use their services (though this can make it easier).

Electronic Funds Transfer provides the bank details of Daisy Giftwares, allowing you to transfer the payment directly from your savings account.

Pay on Pick Up is only available for those customers wishing to pick up their order rather than have it delivered. For obvious reasons, this option should only be selected by local customers (around the Hobart area). Please contact us after you have selected this option to make a suitable time for parcel collection and payment. Payment is to be made in cash only.

Privacy Notice

Daisy Giftwares retains customer contact details for our database. The information that we keep is confidential and is not disclosed to anyone outside of Daisy Giftwares.

This information is used to notify customers of special offers and new products, etc. If you wish not to receive these notifications, please advise us via email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.

Shipping & Returns

Postage

All orders are sent via Australia Post. It is at the customer's discretion as to whether the orders are sent via normal mail or express post. Please note that express post is trackable, whereas normal post is not.

Daisy Giftwares accepts no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Please contact Australia Post for their terms and conditions in relation to the delivery of goods.

There is also an option for free parcel pick up at checkout; this needs to be arranged with Daisy Giftwares (by email or phone). We are located in Howrah, Tasmania so please keep this in mind when selecting this option.

 

Returns Policy

When you receive your order, please check it carefully to ensure that you have received the correct items. If you have received anything incorrectly, please advise us and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

All claims must be received within seven (7) working days from the date of invoice/receipt.
We do not accept returns where you have changed your mind.
